The breakfast was good and well-balanced even though I am not a big breakfast eater. Plus, the fresh bread and coffee were enjoyable. the location was perfect for me as it was close to the mall and all the places I wanted to visit during Christmas.

The lack of elevator made it very hard to access my 4th-floor room with my heavy luggage. the room’s view was unpleasant and the bed was noisy.

Located near a mall and the National University, this hotel boasts a great location. The staff is very attentive and friendly, offering advice on tourist activities and the cost of taxis. The free breakfast includes coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cereal. The rooms have plenty of blankets, and some have a microwave for guests to use.

Bathroom safety measures need improvement.

The breakfast was simply amazing, with fresh bread and good coffee. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to a giant mall, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I also loved the fact that the hotel offers plenty of blankets, which came in handy as Bogota can be a bit chilly at night.

The lack of bathroom safety measures was a bit disappointing, as my girlfriend fell and got hurt. We informed the receptionist, who showed a bad attitude and didn't seem to care.

The staff at Hoteles Bogota Inn Galerias was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast provided by the woman in charge was absolutely delightful, and made a great start to my day. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with a mall and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
